Newsflash: 10 New HubNugget Wannabes Make Their World Premier

Hello again everybody, and welcome to this week's HubNugget Wannabe world premier!

This is B.T. Evilpants, reporting from the red carpet on Minna Street in beautiful San Francisco. I've just been informed that the limos have left the historic Palace Hotel, and will be arriving shortly.

While we await the nominees' arrival, I would like to point out the fantastic effort it took for these hubbers to make it this far. It's no small task to write a potential HubNugget. Bringing together the right balance of words, relevant pictures or videos, and the perfect layout is a labor of love. Doing it in a way that stands out in a crowd of more than 2000, well, that demands recognition. And that's exactly why we're here today. In fact, I see the first limo is pulling up now. This is just so exciting! Let's go see who gets out!

That's probably the biggest limousine I've ever seen! And here come the dignitaries! The first one out is Ryan Hupfer. He's just back from his honeymoon, and looking fabulous in a powder blue tux with ruffled shirt, white cumberbund and white faux alligator shoes. As a Hubpages employee, Ryan publishes the weekly newsletter, writes the HP blog and generally communicates awesomeness wherever he goes.

Right behind Ryan, is Shirley Anderson. The HubNugget team leader is elegantly wrapped in aluminum foil, and sporting acrylic platform shoes, with goldfish swimming around in the heels. And, unless my eyes deceive me, she is making a valiant effort at bringing back the beehive hairdo! Now that's courage!

Here comes ProCW, and I think we just learned what the "CW" stands for. I'm thinking Championship Wrestling, as he's rockin' the unitard look, and posing and flexing his way into the building. He certainly knows how to make an entrance!

Patty Inglish has stepped onto the red carpet looking resplendent in a Versace toga and sandals. The laurel wreath perched atop her head marks her as the HubNugget team's wise philosophizer. If you read her hubs, you'll see that title is well earned!

As the limo pulls away, I can see Ripplemaker across the street. She's wearing the official HubNugget cheerleader skirt and saddle shoes, and she's leading the crowd in a very enthusiastic cheer. Let's see those spirit fingers, Ripplemaker!

 The guests of honor have arrived! As promised, the ten Hubnugget Wannabes of the week are ready to make their debut. Let's see who they are.
